Our Fitness & Exercise Room
Our fitness room offers space for individual training in a quiet atmosphere. It is bright, open, and flooded with natural light. Large windows offer a beautiful panoramic view of the Radstädter Tauern and the Dachstein. Our Precor equipment allows for balanced strength and endurance training tailored to your own needs. Whether in the morning to wake up or in the afternoon as a gentle balance to the day, here you can train flexibly and independently.


Fitness Room Equipment
The fitness room is equipped with selected strength and endurance machines and is suitable for both targeted training and gentle exercise sessions.
Precor fitness equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, bicycles, and rowing machines, as well as dumbbells, support your individual training. In addition, a trampoline, stepper, exercise balls, resistance bands, and sports mats provide variety and space for stretching, mobilization, and mindful movement.
This allows your training to be varied and fully adapted to your own needs.

Active Out and About Around the Hotel
The diverse landscape around Gut Weissenhof offers ideal conditions for outdoor exercise. Numerous described and signposted routes lead directly from Gut Weissenhof through the surrounding area and are perfectly suited for running and Nordic walking.
Whether it’s a short lap in the morning or a longer session in between, exercise in nature is both invigorating and balancing.
