At Gut Weissenhof, yoga is an opportunity to harmonize body and mind and to add a calm, balancing component to your holiday. The sessions combine Hatha Yoga exercises with flowing elements that gently mobilize and simultaneously stabilize the body.
The focus is on mindful movements, conscious breathing, and perceiving one’s own body. The exercises promote flexibility, strengthen muscles and joints, and help release tension and find inner peace.
The yoga sessions are structured so that both beginners and guests with yoga experience can participate well. Everyone practices at their own pace and according to their own abilities. Yoga naturally complements the active experiences around Gut Weissenhof and helps to make your stay balanced and conscious.
Yoga sessions take place once a week, alternating between morning yoga and evening yoga. Participation is possible for an additional charge, and registration is required by 6:00 PM the day before at the latest.
