From breakfast to dinner

Even in the early morning hours, a relaxed atmosphere prevails in our restaurant. At lovingly set tables and with a view of the golf course or the Dachstein, your holiday begins here. In the summer months, breakfast is moved to the sun terrace at short notice, bringing the mountains and fairways even closer. In the evening, the restaurant becomes an atmospheric place full of enjoyment, where we pamper you with selected dishes from the Gut Weissenhof kitchen.

In the morning

We serve breakfast daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and in summer for early risers from as early as 7:15 AM. On warm summer days, you are also welcome to enjoy your breakfast on the terrace, with a view of the golf course and the mountains.

For an enjoyable start to the day, we offer:

Various breads, rolls, Danish pastries, croissants and Gugelhupf
Dairy products, eggs, cheese, ham, bacon, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables
From our show kitchen: freshly prepared egg dishes daily, as well as grilled sausages or white sausages
For everyone with a sweet tooth: waffles, pancakes, rice pudding, semolina pudding and porridge
Selection of muesli, nuts, seeds and dried fruit
Fresh fruit, and during harvest season also apples, pears and plums from our own farm
Homemade jams and our own apple juice
Selection of honey from the region
Fresh juices, smoothie and tea bar
Coffee machine with whole milk and coffee machine with oat milk
Vegan and vegetarian selection

At lunchtime

Every day from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, you can enjoy an afternoon snack with us—ideal for a small bite in between or a relaxed get-together.

Look forward to:

• A fresh salad bar with a variety of ingredients

• Cheese, sausage and ham

• Homemade cakes and pastries

In the summer months and when the weather is fine, we occasionally move the snack outdoors and invite you to a barbecue afternoon at the pool bar, with a real holiday feel and a cosy atmosphere.

In the evening

From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM we pamper you with a 6-course indulgence menu with various choices. Our kitchen combines Austrian classics with meat and fish, international specialties and fine vegetarian dishes, so there is something for every taste. For our younger guests, there is a separate children’s menu every day.

From time to time, we also invite you to a lovingly arranged dessert buffet, and occasionally to a varied main-course buffet, offering even more choice and sociable moments of enjoyment. Accompanied by a good glass of wine, the holiday day comes to a relaxed and enjoyable close.
