Whether first acquaintance in the stable, pony riding, or targeted training for beginners, with us the gentle introduction to the world of horses happens quite naturally. Advanced young riders enjoy instruction in the riding arena, whether individual lessons or in a group.
Our offering is rounded out by work in the outdoor trail, ground work, lunge lessons, and theory instruction, as well as our mini courses, the Weissenhof Rocking Horse, the Weissenhof Hobby Horse, and the Weissenhof Horseshoe. This way, every child finds the right approach to riding and can learn or refine riding step by step.
With patience, joy, and much heart, our riding instructors accompany young horse enthusiasts through their riding experiences, from the first petting to a confident round in the riding arena.

Skill & Balance
Whether children, beginners, or experienced riders: Our new outdoor trail with elements from working equitation offers space for playful learning, shared development, and special experiences for horse and rider. Different tasks promote balance, skill, and trust, so that riders of all skill levels can develop at their own pace.

When snow transforms our estate into a beautiful winter landscape, a special experience opens up for riding and horse enthusiasts. Our riding hotel in Salzburg Land combines winter magic with love of horses. Whether riding in our spacious riding arena (20 x 60 m) or a small winter outdoor round on our own grounds at the outdoor trail. Riding is simply part of Weissenhof, in every season.

You are confident in the basic gaits and would like to further develop your riding skills. In private lessons, we tailor the training to your individual goals, supported by well-trained horses up to medium level.
For young beginner riders and slightly more advanced riders from around 7 years of age. The aim is to ride independently at a walk and gain first experience at a trot. In addition, children learn how to handle horses and become familiar with everyday life in the stables.
