Reception Back Office (m/f/d)

Part-time and/or Full-time

Many organizational threads come together in the back office. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and support our team in providing our guests with a thoroughly successful stay.


Your Responsibilities

  • Processing correspondence via email and mail
  • Handling and processing calls as well as providing competent information about the hotel and the region
  • Accepting reservations, reviewing them, and planning room occupancy
  • Preparation of offers, booking confirmations, and hotel invoices
  • Processing and follow-up of guest feedback and complaints
  • Organization and execution of administrative tasks using our hotel software
  • Support in attending to our guests on-site




Your Profile

  • Friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as enjoyment in interacting with people
  • Structured and meticulous work approach
  • Enthusiasm for organizational tasks and administrative activities
  • Confident use of computers and common office programs
  • Good command of German, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
  • Ideally experience in tourism or in an administrative position (not required)
  • Team spirit and enjoyment in finding solutions together

  • Flexible working hours – we will find the right model together
  • Full-time: 5-day week with regular working hours
  • Part-time: afternoons or evenings until 9:00 PM, hourly by arrangement
