Online & Performance Marketing Manager
Part-time and/or Full-time
You will ensure that new guests find their way to us and returning guests are always happy to come back. Through a blend of online marketing, data analysis, and booking platforms, you will bridge the gap between digital visibility and genuine hospitality.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of online marketing strategies to increase visibility and bookings
- Planning, execution, and analysis of SEO, SEA, and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitoring campaigns with analytics tools and reporting
- Support for creative projects, marketing materials & promotional campaigns (online & offline) in line with the Weissenhof CI
- At our hotel, marketing is teamwork; you will develop and implement ideas together with the Habersatter family and external partners
Your Profile
- Experience in online marketing or e-commerce (hotel or tourism industry experience is an advantage, but not a must)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, and Google Ads, as well as enjoyment in managing and evaluating campaigns
- Technical understanding of web, tracking, and common analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Enjoyment of data, reporting, and structured work
- Proactiveness and a desire to contribute ideas and independently drive projects forward
- Strong communication skills & an understanding of guest needs
- Enjoyment of teamwork and direct exchange – you contribute ideas and implement projects together
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English language skills are an advantage
