The new toboggan run in Radstadt promises a variety of fun tobogganing expeditions.
Gut Weissenhof is located very close to the toboggan run. In the evenings, if you look out the window of the restaurant, the lit toboggan run is within your reach. We are happy to take our guests to the Königslehenbahn lift only 5 min. away by car. Then the tobogganing fun for our guests at Gut Weissenhof can begin.

Tobogganing is not only a great time for kids and teens at Gut Weissenhof! NO! The entire family is also warmly welcome to enjoy the new toboggan run away from the slopes in Radstadt. The 6 km long toboggan run is one of the longest runs in the region and boasts a width of 5 to 6 m. Both during the day and at night, the good lighting conditions provide for excellent visibility.

The fun of tobogganing at Gut Weissenhof

Tobogganing is tons of fun for the entire family and teens at Gut Weissenhof, for "young" and "old".

Childhood dreams will come true and come to life with fun toboggan adventures as you zoom down the mountain on wooden sleds, as you lean into the curves, as the wind blows through your hair, and as shouts of joy can be heard.

The toboggan run leads through a magnificent, snowy forest, has slight curves, and is well-groomed.
To reach the toboggan run, you can make your way uphill quite easily, mainly with the 8-seater Königslehenbahn lift in Radstadt in Salzburger Land. Once you reach the top, kids and parents from Gut Weissenhof can start the toboggan ride at an elevation of 1,557 m and experience pure winter fun on the next 727 m down. The toboggan lift rides during the day are included in each daily or weekly ski pass, but you must pay extra for night rides.

At the valley station of the Königslehenbahn lift, families from Gut Weissenhof can rent a toboggan for a fee with their guest card. The cozy Sport-Alm on the mountain offers refreshments.

Tip: A special experience is night tobogganing, which is on the program every Tuesday and Friday. The gondolas are in operation for fans of night tobogganing from 6:30 to 10:00 pm.

In Radstadt there is a 6 km long toboggan run. You can either walk or take the gondola up the mountain. You can also rent a super toboggan at the valley station. Since the toboggan run has artificial snow when not so much is coming from above, the run is always in top condition. I can recommend it if only because it's a crazy amount of fun to go tobogganing down this run. Off you go, Weissenhof guests. Enjoy this tobogganing experience.
