Our head chef at Gut Weissenhof, Joe Gschwandtner, who worked for years alongside Johanna Maier, the world's only female 4-toque chef, together with his able team of sous-chef Hannes, Peter, Sabrina, Josef, Lisa and Johanna, captivates our guests with a variety of very good menus, served with perfect companion wines from our vinothèque recommended by our two house sommeliers, Peter und Gerhard.

Peter and Gerhard, our two sommeliers, have made it their mission to excite guests of Gut Weissenhof for the variety of our Austrian wines and those from around the world, as well as offering them Prosecco and the very finest distilled spirits.

For the wine lovers amongst the guests of Gut Weissenhof, we have created a vinothèque with a tasting station, where you can sample some of our select vintages.

We hope you will join us for one of our Gut Weissenhof wine tastings. Peter and Gerhard will prepare for you, dear guests of Gut Weissenhof, a broad selection of wines, both Austrian and from around the world. Some 120 different reds, whites and sparkling wines, with around 3,000 bottles in total, are carefully stored away in our vinothèque and the wine cellars of Gut Weissenhof.

New construction of the Residenz with the Red Salon and Winter Garden has created additional seating and a beautiful, sunny terrace, ideal for an outstanding breakfast in the morning sunshine, along with views of our newly created trout pond.
