You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and support our team in providing our guests with a thoroughly successful stay.<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing correspondence via email and mail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handling and processing calls as well as providing competent information about the hotel and the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accepting reservations, reviewing them, and planning room occupancy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of offers, booking confirmations, and hotel invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing and follow-up of guest feedback and complaints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organization and execution of administrative tasks using our hotel software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support in attending to our guests on-site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <br\/><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as enjoyment in interacting with people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structured and meticulous work approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enthusiasm for organizational tasks and administrative activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confident use of computers and common office programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good command of German, both written and spoken;
