With just a few ingredients, a smooth dough is created, from which fine tagliatelle can be formed. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, roll out the dough very thinly on a floured surface. This is best done with a pasta machine.
