Aside from our in-house tennis court, which Gut Weissenhof guests can enjoy free of charge, Radstadt also offers 9 tennis sand courts, two beach-volleyball courts, a mini-golf course, as well as two asphalt "ice stock" lanes at the sports center.

Kids, get ready for some fun at Gut Weissenhof
Only ca. 5 min. by car from Gut Weissenhof is a modern salt water spa for all sport, recreation, and health enthusiasts.
In October 2010, the “Soletherme Amadé” opened its doors in Altenmarkt/Zauchensee. There is swimming, a sauna, and recreational fun for the entire family, and especially for Gut Weissenhof guests who are interested.
The unique facility offers guests over 30,000 m² of any kind of experience you can imagine. It is an appealing pool facility, rich in variety, with 11 different pools with a total area of 1,354 m². 7 pools in the spa and 4 in the wellness and sauna area.
Each of the outdoor pools is connected by a canal through which you can swim, and are kept at 32 °C with warm salt water year-round.
A special kind of thrill is the looping slide with rocket launch and the 8 m free fall. At over 120 m, you will experience an unprecedented slide adventure. The looping slide is an absolute highlight and a magnet for visitors. This slide with a rocket launch is the first of its kind in Austria. It attracts sports enthusiasts and fun-seekers from beyond the region to Altenmarkt.
As an additional attraction, the “Soletherme Amadé” also has a wave pool with two beach access points, waves every 30 min., a play octopus, and underwater massage jets.

"Forest Park" High-Ropes Course
From Gut Weissenhof, just a 25-minute car ride away in the direction of Schladming/Ramsau in Styria.
The new forest high-ropes course in Ramsau am Dachstein is very popular amongst guests of Gut Weissenhof, and the car drive is a short one. The whole family has lots of fun, a great recreational experience for everyone. An opportunity for teens and kids from Gut Weissenhof, either with their parents or with other youngsters - under the supervision of activity staff - to redefine their own limits, to show off their courage and skills, and to do so far removed from the busy hustle and bustle elsewhere. In contrast with free-standing high-ropes courses, this course is integrated into the existing trees. No trees were damaged in the making of the Forest Park, it was built to be eco-friendly, winding its way between the shady spruce trees on the Rittisberg in Ramsau am Dachstein.
"The Forest Park", which promises all kinds of fun and action, has now added yet another attraction. The creation of a new Kids' World promises memorable experiences for big and small alike.
Here, children ages 3 and up, their parents at their side, playfully develop a sense of balance at heights of 1 or 2 meters above the ground, and have lots of fun in the process.

Especially for the littlest kids, a course was designed with 13 challenge stations and a variety of different tasks. Ever since 2007, countless kids and their parents have been able to experience first-hand the excitement of the "New Kid´s Forest Park".

Mountain go-karting on the Hochwurzen

Guests at Gut Weissenhof, let’s go karting! – the summer hit in Schladming/Rohrmoos. Unique and incredibly fun.
Only 20 min. by car from Gut Weissenhof in the direction of Schladming/Rohrmoos.
On a special go-kart with a bucket seat, shocks and good brakes, you can race for 7 km on a gravel road through open countryside to the valley below. An experience for the entire family!! "New" 2010 lady or kid’s go-karts with extra sensitive brakes.
You can get your go-kart tickets exclusively from Schi Lenz sports & ski shop at the valley station of the Hochwurzen summit lift. Then ride the gondola up the Hochwurzen, where go-karts and free helmets are available. After a short introduction, the adventurous ride from the Hochwurzen summit on the 7 km long route begins at the top of every hour .

Alpine coaster in Rittisberg

Since August of last year, the new, all-weather Rittisberg Coaster alpine slide has been open for total sliding fun. With a length of 1,300 m you dash silently on steel pipes between snow-covered trees – only screams of excitement can be heard. Downhill, then into the loop … in these orange-colored one or two-seaters, you can zoom down quickly or at a comfortable, slower pace, because you can control the speed yourself. With its own lift system, you’ll be able to head back up the mountain again – no effort necessary .

Ghost mountain & ghost train near Gut Weissenhof
Welcome to the realm of funny ghosts
Ca. 15 min. by car from Gut Weissenhof, in the direction of St. Johann im Pongau in Salzburger Land.
Right from Alpendorf in St. Johann, the gondola will take you to the Gernkogel hiking and mountain area and with the “ghost train” to “ghost mountain” adventure park at an elevation of 1,767 m. In a magnificent panoramic location, the ghost park offers:

Archery on the Rittisberg in Ramsau, surrounded by the magnificent mountains. In the Ramsau Beach adventure park, it is now possible to learn and practice archery along with many other activities.
At our facility, there is a parcours for beginners and an area for experienced archers. Bow and arrow have accompanied mankind since primeval times.
In Europe, archery developed as a sport which appeals to both body and mind. In hectic times, it offers us a wonderful opportunity for recovery .
