HIKING AT GUT WEISSENHOF

The Hiking Paradise in Radstadt
Gut Weissenhof – Active Holidays in SalzburgerLand

Now as ever, hiking is one of the most popular recreational activities amongst guests of Gut Weissenhof, and not without reason. "Conquering" nature step-by-step doesn't only make you fit, it is always accompanied by very special experiences - that is to say, the Dachstein to the north and the Radstädter Tauern to the south.

Every week a guest hike led by the owner himself!

The once-weekly Gut Weissenhof guest hike is a truly special highlight of any stay. The owner takes guests out through the local mountains, always with lots to tell and explain about this place we are proud to call "home", and punctuated by a refreshment stop at our own Weissenhofalm, an alpine hut ably run by Berta. Berta treats our guests to homemade Radstadt cheese, original farmhouse bread along with country bacon, whilst for sweet-tooths she conjures up an array of homemade doughnuts.
